Understanding how Tintage processes your video renders and manages the queue system.

What Are Render Jobs?

A render job is a request to create a video from one of our templates with your custom content. When you customize a template and click “Export,” you create a render job that gets processed by our video generation system.

Each render job includes:

  • Your chosen template (composition)
  • Your custom text, colors, and assets
  • Export settings (resolution: 720p, 1080p, or 4K Ultra HD; format: MP4, MOV, or ProRes)
  • Processing status and progress

Team-Based Processing

All render jobs are organized by your team account. This means:

  • Each team has its own render queue
  • Team members share the same render limits
  • All team members can view the team’s render jobs

Render Limits

Your team has a concurrent render limit based on your subscription plan:

Plan Concurrent Renders Max Resolution
Standard 2 renders at a time 1080p Full HD
Plus 4 renders at a time 4K Ultra HD
Pro 8 renders at a time 4K Ultra HD
Max 12 renders at a time 4K Ultra HD

What this means:

  • You can have multiple renders processing simultaneously up to your limit
  • Additional renders wait in queue until a slot becomes available
  • Completed renders free up slots for queued jobs

Job Status Tracking

Every render job goes through these stages:

Status What it means What you see Next step
Queued Your job is waiting to start processing “Queued” status in your dashboard Job moves to rendering when a slot opens
Rendering Our servers are actively creating your video “Rendering” status with progress updates Typical duration is 2-10 minutes depending on template complexity
Uploading Your completed video is being prepared for download “Uploading” status Download link becomes available
Completed Your video is ready for download Download button and preview Download your video (links expire after 30 days)
Failed Something went wrong during processing Error message with details Try again or contact support if the issue persists
Cancelled You or a team member cancelled the job “Cancelled” status You can only cancel jobs that haven’t completed yet
