Scope
This security overview covers the Tintage web app, API, and hosted infrastructure used to deliver our services.
Infrastructure providers
We use Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Cloudflare for storage and hosting. These providers supply global infrastructure and security controls that help keep our services reliable and resilient.
Data protection
Data is protected with end-to-end encryption in transit and encrypted at rest. We continuously evaluate our systems and vendors to maintain strong security practices.
Access controls
Access to production systems is limited to authorized personnel and follows least-privilege access controls with strong authentication.
Monitoring and incident response
We monitor our systems for suspicious activity and respond quickly to security events. If you believe you have found a vulnerability, please report it to contact@tintage.com.
Data retention and deletion
When you delete data, we remove it from our servers within 30 days. We may retain limited information as required to comply with legal, tax, or security obligations.
